Chapter 01
OSHA certified, and it means something on a plant floor
Cleaning Solution Services is OSHA certified for industrial cleaning. On a plant floor that is not a formality. The work happens around production lines, racking and equipment that is often still running while the crew is there, and the certification is what lets a cleaning contractor work that space directly instead of waiting outside for a full shutdown.
A warehouse or a manufacturing floor is a different job site than an office or a retail store, and it gets treated as one from the first walkthrough.

Concrete is not a waxed floor
Most plant floors are bare or sealed concrete, not VCT or tile, and concrete does not take a wax finish the way a retail floor does. The work is scrubbing and degreasing, pulling embedded oil, dust and product residue out of the surface rather than coating over it.
Get that wrong and a floor that looks clean on top is still holding whatever actually caused the slip hazard or the housekeeping complaint in the first place.
Chapter 03
Safety lines and handrails are cleaning work
The painted lines marking a walkway or a forklift lane wear off the same way any painted surface does, and a floor plan only works if the lines on it are still legible. Repainting safety lines and floor markings is part of the industrial cleaning scope here, not a separate maintenance call somebody has to remember to book.
Handrails and safety rails get the same attention. They are touched constantly and inspected regularly, and keeping the surface itself clean and sound is as much a part of the job as the floor underneath them.
Cardboard baling and recycling
A working plant generates cardboard and packaging waste continuously, and it has to go somewhere other than the aisle floor. Trash removal, cardboard baling, bundling and recycling are part of the contract here, handled on the same schedule as the rest of the building rather than left for whoever has time between shifts.
Pressure washing, inside and out
Power washing covers the inside of the building, loading docks, production areas and hard-floor break rooms, and the outside, building exteriors, dumpster pads and entryways, where grease, dust and weather buildup collect differently depending on which side of the wall you are standing on.
Interior and exterior surfaces do not carry the same kind of soil, which is why a plant contract usually calls for both rather than treating pressure washing as a single outdoor job.
