VCT
Vinyl composition tile in a working store, stripped back and refinished until the shelving and the pillar read in the floor. VCT is the floor most commercial buildings actually have, and it is the one that shows every year it has been left alone.
Tile
A corridor taken in one pass, with the untouched half left in frame for comparison. Traffic lanes darken gradually enough that nobody in the building notices until the clean strip appears beside them.
Lane
Lane flooring is its own problem. It is long, it is continuously walked, and the finish has to be even from the approach to the pins or it reads as patchy under the house lights.
Carpet
Commercial carpet holds soil in the traffic lane long before it looks dirty across the room. Extraction and encapsulation both pull it back, and encapsulation puts the floor back in service inside the hour.

Serving Northeast Wisconsin and the surrounding counties. Most of this work is a standing contract on a building somebody else is responsible for, which is why the office answers the phone rather than putting you through a queue. We are proud of our fast return call rate.
